Bottega Veneta ambassador, Jacob Elordi, starred in the latest Fall ”Going Places” campaign for the design house. Creative Director Mathieu Blazy’s vision celebrated the essence of travel by shooting in the breathtaking deserts of Utah and Nevada. When asked about the concept behind the campaign, Blazy stated that “Bottega Veneta is in essence pragmatic because it is a leather goods company. Because it specialises in bags, it is about movement, going somewhere; there is fundamentally an idea of craft in motion.” Elordi is pictured channelling this spirit of adventure as he leaps across desert terrain sporting Bottega’s Weekender Bag.

With the brand’s origins in Venice, a city shaped by trade and exploration, Bottega Veneta’s heritage is founded on the historical notions of travel and motion that radiate within Venetian culture. Similarly the house’s leather goods have been praised for their flexibility and softness, allowing them to adapt to the wearer and embody the brand’s ethos of movement. 

This past May, Elordi was selected to be  Bottega Veneta’s latest brand ambassador. Notably, the Euphoria actor made a front row appearance at their Spring 2025 show in Milan.  Elordi sported a red leather Bottega tote with a dog keyring retailing for $650 USD. Elordi’s accessory choice reflects the increasing popularity of adding keepsakes and charms to designer bags, highlighting individuality and personality of the wearer… A trend that originated with actress Jane Birkin, who would attach travel souvenirs and even stickers to her namesake Hermès tote. 

Jacob Elordi is the ideal brand ambassador for Bottega Veneta, not only for his undeniable charm and talent but also for his playful approach to fashion. He has championed the rising trend of accessorization in men’s fashion, most notably in his frequent  endorsement of the Bottega bags which he’s been spotted carrying since 2022. For a brand with such an iconic heritage, Elordi embodies the perfect balance of sophistication and modernity, reflecting the brand’s class while also challenging conventions and driving Bottega forward.
